The BCGA School Golf Program is currently active in Vancouver, home of the 2010 Winter Olympics. School District #39 Vancouver, has been signing up for their complimentary BCGA School Golf Program since mid-January 2010. Principal Ms. Powell-Williams of Renfrew Community Elementary School was keen to book back to back days at her school and at the end of the program, 230 girls and boys enjoyed a fun-filled experience playing SNAG golf.  P.E. Teacher, Lynne Pomfret of Elsie Roy Elementary also organized a visit to her school, at the end of the day 165 students took aim at the targets with golf clubs in hand.

  1. This week the BCGA School Golf Program will be visiting St. Joseph’s School of the Catholic Independent Schools Vancouver Archdiocese (CISVA) and Gray Elementary of School District #37 Delta.
  2. Next week our BCGA School Golf Coaches head out to Dr. Annie B Jamieson Elementary and Graham Bruce Community Elementary District, both in School District #39 Vancouver.
